In a fast-paced, fast-fashion world, Sprout Heritage strives to produce timeless, effortless & understated wardrobe essentials for littles in a sustainable way. Sprout Heritage was inspired by the birth of a beautiful, curious & strong-willed baby girl and brought to life by mama-daughter duo, Sonya & Lindy. By preserving some adored items, Lindy has been able to dress her daughter Mischa, the inspiration behind the brand, in these heritage pieces.  With  a deep appreciation for these hand me down items & the exciting prospects of sewing together new pieces, the notion of Sprout Heritage was birthed.

We completed a brand intensive and a web intensive to launch their Shopify e-commerce store. We crafted a feminine and earthy colour palette - reminiscent of the ground and an ode to both ‘new life sprouting’ and also heritage of generations passed. To complement this, we wanted to bring an element of youth and playfulness (without being ‘childish’) and this was achieved by using lowercase lettering in a modern serif font and adding ‘sprouts’ (leaves) on some of the letters. After four days, we had created a whole brand identity complete with packaging design, social media templates and a simple but beautiful e-commerce website ready to for Lindy to start advertising and selling her gorgeous pieces.
