01 / Discovery Call & Proposal

Once you’ve enquired to work with us and we’ve decided we’re a great fit, we’ll send over a link to schedule your Discovery Call where we’ll talk through your story and unique business goals. From there, we’ll send over a custom proposal with a few package options for you to choose from.

02 / Brand Clarity Workshop

After you’ve filled in an online questionnaire, we’ll schedule a two-hour Brand Clarity Workshop where we’ll deep dive into your brand purpose, audience, competitors, and goals. This may seem daunting - but we’ll walk you through the whole process!

03 / Roadmap & Creative Vision

We’ll then present your brand strategy roadmap - this covers the heart of your brand, what your brand aspires to be, and how we plan to communicate it visually to the world. As well as a core brand strategy, mood boards are shared to ensure we’re on the same page before we start the actual design process.

04 / Design & Refine

Next, we take the Brand Roadmap and put it into action in the form of a strategically-designed brand or website. You’ll be invited to provide feedback and we’ll make any necessary refinements throughout the process.

05 / Launch

Once we’ve completed your project, you’ll be fully equipped with detailed guidelines on how to implement everything moving forward. With so much more than a pretty logo or website, you’ll walk away with the confidence to take the next bold steps in your business.
