Ginger, from Touché Design Co. came to me wanting to inject life and creativity into a more-aligned brand identity for their evolving commercial interior design team. At the time, they had an established business with a steady stream of client referrals, but their existing branding and website didn’t showcase their personality or capabilities nor was it easy for clients to navigate. They were struggling to implement any form of processes or external marketing activity due to a lack of clarity and confidence in their brand messaging and identity.

Through our full-service brand identity process, we delved deep into their strategic brand purpose, values, and messaging. We established their brand mission statement, tagline and got into the details of what truly drives and inspires them in their work. We then looked at the competitive landscape and ways that they could visually stand out (rather than blend in). We wanted to break out of the corporate mould and develop a bright and fun brand identity and website that spoke to their highly creative skillset. Their website was designed and developed on Squarespace with fun interactive elements to add playfulness to the user experience. The personality of the team shines through, and with clear call-to-actions on each page & a user-friendly navigation, the website is not only but bursting with life but functional & converting too.
